Account Verification After Login At 32Red
After you sign in, 32Red may ask you to complete verification to meet UK anti-money laundering and age-check rules, and to keep withdrawals tied to a real person and a valid payment method.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved, and it can also be triggered when you change personal details (name, address, date of birth) or add a new payment method.
32Red can request verification after certain account activity, including unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-and-withdraw patterns, or repeated failed payment attempts.
If automated checks don’t match your details to external records, the site will ask for documents even if you can still log in and play.
- ID: Passport, UK driving licence, or national identity card. The image needs to show the full document, be in colour, and include all four corners.
- Address: Utility bill, council tax bill, bank statement, or HMRC letter showing your name and current address. These are typically required to be recent (commonly within the last 3 months).
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered (leave the first 6 and last 4 visible) and the name visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot showing your name and account/email ID; for bank transfers, a statement showing the account holder name and sort code/account number.
- Source of funds (when requested): Recent payslips, bank statements showing salary credits, tax documents, or proof of savings. This is requested when the risk checks flag higher spend or unusual funding patterns.
